Chinese shipyard Heysea Yachts has appointed Ensign Ship Brokers as its exclusive distributor in Australia and New Zealand for expanding its market.

Ensign Ship Brokers was established in 1980 and over the last 36 years has grown into the largest brokerage in Australia with six offices and more than 30 staff. Ensign’s team of experienced brokers travel internationally on a regular basis, completing deals on behalf of yards in France, Germany, Italy and China. Their extensive industry knowledgeensure their ability to manage the build process and the product is well supported for their clients.

As the 25th largest builder of superyacht in the world, Heysea specialises in manufacturing both monohull and multihull forms of over 55-feet. Its in-house design team consists of 20 full-time staff who build modern yachts with the demands of high profile clientele in mind.
